Submission Types

There are three types of submissions: 1. Regular Papers Full-length regular papers shall be 6 pages. A maximum of 2 over length pages may be allowed. Papers with less than 5 pages or more than 8 pages will be returned without review. You select this type if your paper is not part of a special session. 2. Special Session Papers You choose this type if you are invited by a special session organizer to have your paper included in a special session. The length requirements for this type are the same as those for regular papers, with the same submission deadline. 3. Extended Abstracts You submit a long summary (1 or 2 pages) and would like to present your work at the conference. This type of submission will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore. Previously published results (journal papers or conference papers) are allowed to submit under this type.

Accepted Papers

All submitted papers will be reviewed by expert reviewers. The reviewers use the following criteria in evaluating each paper: - Novelty in contribution - Originality - Strengths and weaknesses - Presentation and organization Accepted papers will be scheduled for either oral or poster presentation during the conference according to the relevance of topics. Irrelevant or poor-quality papers will be rejected. All authors will receive notification via email on or before Sept. 15, 2023, and will be requested to register before the Registration Deadline Sept. 22, 2023 in order for papers to be published in the conference proceedings.

Policy on Multiple Submissions

We will not accept any paper (regular paper or special session paper) which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the review period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results/techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met. If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the paper will be rejected or deleted from the final publications. The conference may also report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

Online Paper Submission System

Authors are invited to submit full-length papers (6 to 8 pages) and extended abstracts (1 or 2 pages) by the submission deadline. Special session organizers are invited to enlist six or more papers with cohesive topics to form special sessions. Special session proposals should also be uploaded online. After successful submission, you will be assigned a special session code, which should be used by all the special session paper authors so that papers can be grouped together.
