The realm of Complex Systems and Intelligent Science has garnered significant attention in recent years. Complex systems, with their multitude of interacting components, give rise to intriguing and emergent properties that defy comprehension when viewed from a singular system perspective. These systems extend beyond the confines of physical sciences and engineering, permeating various other fields. It has been observed that the research methodologies employed in understanding Complex Systems are equally applicable to Intelligent Science, encompassing realms such as data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The association with big data research is inherent, as complex systems are the generators of data of a magnitude deemed "big." Furthermore, the contemporary inclination is towards the integration of machine learning and deep learning approaches in the modeling, control, and management of complex systems.

This conference comprehensively addresses all facets of Complex Systems and Intelligent Science, presenting pioneering research in areas such as complex networks, parallel control, parallel management, social computing, intelligent control, learning control, machine learning, robotic systems, and intelligent medicine. Given its highly interdisciplinary nature, Complex Systems and Intelligent Science thrive on collaboration among researchers hailing from diverse domains, including mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, social sciences, humanities, and political sciences.
