Guidelines for Oral Presentations:

• Each oral presentation is scheduled for a 15 minute time block. This is based on 13 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
• Each speaker is required to meet his/her session chairs in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file to the computer.
• Each room is equipped with an LCD projector and a PC with MS Windows, PowerPoint and Acrobat PDF reader. It is recommended that authors should rely on using these computers than their personal equipments. If you must use your own laptop, please check if it is working with the projector before the start of the session.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations:

• Each poster session is scheduled for 1.5 hours long.
• The conference will provide an exhibition board for each poster paper. The author should print the poster slide file by yourself in advance and take it to the conference site.
• It is imperative that the authors affix the poster just before the start of the session and remove it immediately after the session has ended. Authors are encouraged to prepare a few minutes summary of their poster that they can share with attendees.
